Display and use windows

ALT+TAB Switch to the next window.
ALT+SHFT+TAB Switch to the previous window.

CTRL+F5 Restore the size of the active window after you maximize it.

CTRL+F8 When a report window isn’t always maximized, carry out the Size command (at the Control menu for the window). Press the arrow keys to resize the window and whilst finished, press ESC.
CTRL+F9 Minimize a window to an icon (works for only some Microsoft Office programs).

Change the keyboard focus without using the mouse

ALT or F10 Select the lively tab of the Ribbon and set off the get admission to keys (get admission to key: A key combination, including ALT+F, that moves the focal point to a menu, command, or control, without using the mouse).
Press either of these keys again to transport back to the record and cancel the get entry to keys.
